The following are some ground rules to help us maintain a steady progress through the semester:

1. Class room etiquette : No, this is not about what your wear, but more about not using cell-phones in the class room, not snoaring excessively or browsing the internet for material unrelated to the course ( i.e. pornography ).
   
   
2. Attendance is NOT mandatory but it would be nice if you tell me in advance that you cannot attend a certain class. Thanks. And .... please be on time.
   
   
3. Assignments handed in late will be scored lower :

    1- 3 days late : 10% reduction
    4- 7 days late : 20% reduction
    8-14 days late : 40% reduction
   

   After that assignments receive a grade of 0.
